Booking & Payment Policy
Deposit

A 20-30% deposit (depending on total cost) is required to confirm your trek or tour.

This secures availability of our trek teams, equipment, and transport.

Payment options: Wise.com or PayPal.

Bookings must be finalized and deposits paid at least 3 weeks (21 days) before your arrival.
Full Payment
Pay the remaining amount in Indonesian rupiah (IDR) upon arrival in Bukit Lawang, in cash.
Itinerary Changes

Changes to booked activities are possible but may incur fees due to pre-arranged bookings with trek teams, guides, and drivers.

Changes to arrival dates may require itinerary adjustments and could result in additional charges.

Please inform us of any changes as soon as possible; costs for changes made less than 20 days before arrival are not covered.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Cancellation Policy:

Cancel at least 20 days before your arrival to receive a deposit refund (minus non-refundable transaction fees, about 10%).

Deposits are non-refundable if cancelled less than 20 days before arrival, covering costs for booked treks, guides, and transport.
2. Refunds
Refunds are processed via Wise.com or PayPal, not in cash.
